Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream. Orders received by noon MST, will typically ship on the second shipping day following your order via FedEx next day service. For retail orders, shipping is included in the cost of each box.

• Orders placed by noon MST on Monday will be shipped Wednesday, for delivery on Thursday.
• Orders placed by noon MST on Tuesday will be shipped Thursday, for delivery on Friday.
• Orders placed by noon MST on Wednesday thru Friday will be shipped on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.
• Orders placed by noon MST on Saturday-Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday, for delivery on Wednesday.

Your Bubbies products are shipped on Dry Ice to ensure product freshness during transit. Please ensure that:

• Someone is home to meet the delivery.
• The product is immediately placed in the freezer.
• Download the FedEx App to manage all of your deliveries.
• Bubbies is not responsible for product freshness when delivery on time.

Bubbies ships within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
