***ALERT!! The holiday season is almost here… ***

We HIGHLY recommend scheduling all upcoming deliveries before Friday 12/16/16 or after Wednesday 12/28/16. This time of year is extremely busy for UPS. Due to the nature of our product, shipping delays can end up ruining a shipment.

IF you would like delivery between 12/20/16 and 12/23/16, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time and/or in good condition. We will NOT reship any orders sent during that time, should they arrive melted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we want you to be able to enjoy the quality of our mochi ice cream at its best! Privacy:
We do not release the names and information of our customers to any third parties.

Return:
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Please call the factory at 808-487-7218.

Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax.

Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that we use is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Shipping:
The cutoff for ordering is 2:00 p.m. Hawaii time for 2 business day delivery. For example you place your order on Monday by 2:00 p.m., we process your order to ship out on Tuesday morning and it is delivered to your door on Wednesday. We ship out only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There is no Saturday, Sunday or Monday delivery. If you place your order on Friday after 2:00 p.m. Hawaii time or on Saturday or on Sunday your order will be delivered the next Wednesday as we are not open to process your order on the weekend.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Please be sure to alert the recipient of the delivery because it is a highly perishable product and has extremely limited life. Deliveries do not require a release signature however the driver is allowed to use his/her discretion whether to leave the package at the door. We are not responsible for abandoned packages (recipient not home). We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or zip codes. We are not responsible for weather delays in which case your orders may be delivered melted. We are not responsible for any breakdowns in UPS delivery system and product arriving melted. Please allow extra time for holidays.
